For custom products, minor variations may occur due to the nature of manufacturing.

Orders

Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation through the contact information provided during checkout.

RugCult reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order in situations including:

• Delivery restrictions

• Failure to verify a COD order

If an order is cancelled by RugCult after payment has been received, the eligible amount will be refunded through the applicable payment method.

Custom & Made-to-Order Products

Custom and made-to-order products are produced specifically for the customer.

Because these products are prepared according to individual orders, they may not be eligible for cancellation, return, exchange, or refund except where the product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly fulfilled, subject to verification.

Payment

We accept payment methods displayed at checkout.

For Cash on Delivery orders, RugCult may contact the customer to verify the order before processing or dispatch.
